What we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and provide support — name, contact details, shipping address, and order history.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your card details.

How we use it

To process orders, send order updates, and — only with your consent — occasional updates about the collection.

We never sell your data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — which pages people reach, where they leave, and where the site is confusing or slow.

Clarity records how a visit moves through the site — clicks, scrolling and navigation between pages. What you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, and so are the parts of a page that display your name, address, phone number or order details.

We also keep our own count of page views, on our own servers. Each one records the page, an anonymous browser identifier, a rough device type, and the IP address the request came from. We use it to tell one person coming back from several people arriving once — which, at our size, we cannot work out any other way.

That record is read only by us. It is never shared with an advertiser, never sold, and never used to follow you to another site.

We use all of this to find what is broken or confusing, not to identify you.

Your choices

Contact us any time to access, correct, or delete your information.

Most browsers can block analytics scripts, and the site works normally without them.
