Returns & exchanges
Kids grow fast — exchanges are part of the deal.

Exchanges
Exchange or size-swap within 7 days of delivery, with the original bill and tags intact.
Pieces must be unworn and unwashed. Bring them to the store or post them back to us.

Custom-fit pieces
Made-to-measure / custom-fit pieces are produced to your child's measurements and can't be returned or exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, or as store credit for cash purchases.
